We have available for the first time for the 2019 Oklahoma Deer Archery, Muzzleloader, and a Rifle season (October 1, 2019, to December 8, 2019) a lease for the hunters who love to hunt but do not have the land, equipment, or time to make sure everything is set up and ready for the entire season.
Lease Price – $4,000
This is a 275-acre lease located in Southwest Oklahoma only a few miles North of the Red River. Upon a signed lease agreement 50% non-refundable deposit is due with the remaining balance due by September 1, 2019.

- Access to Covert Code Black cellular game cameras on feeders.
What’s Allowed
- Hanging stands or placing additional blinds where you would like.
- The shooting of deer and hogs only.
- Max of 2 hunters allowed.
- Hunting with your children under the age of 16.
What’s Not Allowed
- No guest hunting
- No predator hunting
- No camping
- No littering
- No leaving gates open
- No rutting of the land
